Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team at Circulating Air, Inc. The role requires leading multi-family and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management
- Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
