Job Description
We are seeking a qualified, experienced chiller technician to join our fast-growing applied chiller service team in the Central Texas (Austin) and surrounding area. At Way Service, we provide comfortable, efficient, safe environments for commercial facilities, pioneering technological innovation for mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Perform troubleshooting, repair service, routine overhauls, and preventative maintenance for a wide range of commercial & industrial HVAC equipment
- Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians
- Record progress with the latest digital tools and software
- Redeem customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner
