Job Description
Live Systems, LLC is seeking a talented Electrical Estimator to join their team, requiring 3-5 years of experience in electrical estimating, knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations, and excellent marketing and communication skills.
Requirements
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project bids.
- Present and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and schedules.
- Utilize marketing skills to effectively promote our services and secure new business opportunities.
