Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of developed relevant work experience at Horton or elsewhere
- Relevant 1- or 2-year technical degree/diploma in a machining related field
- Basic and intermediate blueprint reading
- Basic and intermediate business system
- Communicate and work well and efficiently with others
- Basic computer
- Basic and intermediate inspection and measurement
- Basic and intermediate machine operating
- Basic math
- Material handling
- TS System overview
- Statistical process control
