Refrigeration Technician

This is a full-time role as a Refrigeration Technician at Tech Mechanical. We are seeking experienced technicians with industry knowledge and a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, installing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, and performing preventive maintenance and inspections.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Valid Journeyman or Master RT license (Massachusetts)
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in commercial/industrial HVAC
• Hot Work certification, OSHA 10, Silica Hazard Training (preferred)
• Mobile Elevated Work Platform Safety certification
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Ability to use digital ticketing system to track work orders and site history
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, system operation, controls, and refrigeration principles
• Ability to use diagnostic instruments, cabinet-based HMI to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and at heights as needed
