Sales Representative/Account Manager

We are hiring a Sales Representative to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close new agreements. You'll be out in the field solving problems, presenting solutions, and earning the trust of building owners, property managers, and facilities teams.

Requirements

• Build and manage a sales pipeline in your territory
• Execute 20+ cold outreach activities per day (calls, emails, site visits, etc.)
• Conduct 5+ discovery meetings per week
• Deliver 3+ high-quality presentations per week to decision-makers
• Own the full sales cycle — from first contact to signed proposal
• Hit clear, progressive sales targets
