Job Description
The Business Office Manager is responsible for timely and accurate record keeping, adhering to Medicare and Medicaid rules, and collecting past due accounts receivable balances. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on resident safety and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Two years bookkeeping experience preferred
- Sincere desire to work with elders and others who have a limited capacity for self-care
- Mental and physical capacity to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Type at least 40 wpm
- Communicate and comprehend orally and in writing
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
