Patient Liaison

Patient Liaison role involves building relationships with referral sources, developing census and marketing efforts, and working closely with facility's Nursing and Admissions team.

Requirements

• Willing to address each Resident by their preferred name and abide by Residents' Rights, rules, and regulations.
• Responsible for coordination of all aspects of the inquiry/admission process, including explanation of facility policies and expectations for family members/guarantor/significant other.
• Maintain confidentiality of all activities, persons, and records.
