Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to transform our client's Data Warehouse into a modern, scalable solution using Azure Databricks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Modern Data Warehousing and Big Data projects
- Proficiency in Databricks, Azure Data Services, and data warehousing concepts
- Understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture
- Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with other data processing languages (e.g., Python, Scala)
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting solutions
- Experience in an agile environment
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and client-oriented approach
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, concise communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
- Software development background is a huge plus
