VP of Marketing

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives for the organization. The company does not currently have a marketing function and the candidate needs to have experience building a brand, team, strategy, and tactics from scratch.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across all channels
• Drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and customer retention initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and performance analytics
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning
• Strengthen public relations, corporate communications, and thought leadership
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
• Partner with product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience
