Juniper, the rooftop restaurant at the beautiful AC Hotel by Marriott Greenville Downtown, is looking for a skilled and passionate cook to join the Juniper team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, knowledge of kitchen safety, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

Requirements

• Uses the kitchen manual regarding recipe samples and all preparation methods.
• Demonstrates safe and proper use of equipment at all times, performing all duties in a safe manner.
• Practices basic sanitation, stock rotation and refrigerator cleanliness, while keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
• Demonstrates proper production of food items, working efficiently to achieve maximum productivity while reducing and keeping waste to minimum.
• Notifies Outlet Manager of storeroom requisitions and all other needs necessary to complete their duties.
