Role Overview

Converge is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Account Management team in Amsterdam to help with expansion plans in Benelux. The role is sales focused and target driven, responsible for securing new business and maintaining customer service.

What You Will Do

Secure new business, define critical markets, plan strategy, develop relationships, and manage a team of Account Managers across multiple countries in Benelux.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or highly successful sales experience in electronic component sales field
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers
• Selling experience into the Benelux market
• Leadership and people management experience
