The Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable – Credit Processing is responsible for executing and overseeing credit and write-off activities in accordance with ACA policies, controls, and approval thresholds. This role combines direct processing responsibilities with review, approval, and supervisory duties, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across credit and write-off transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Five (5) or more years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience with credit/write-off focus
- Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and billing data
- Experience working with enterprise financial systems such as Deltek, Salesforce, and Zendesk (or similar platforms)
- Prior experience reviewing or approving transactions within defined thresholds
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
