Job Description
Compliance Analyst role working with relationship managers and clients to provide regulatory consulting services. Conduct mock SEC examinations, prepare reports, and maintain knowledge resources.
Requirements
- Conduct on-site and off-site mock SEC examinations
- Prepare preliminary drafts of reports and written client deliverables
- Maintain internal knowledge resources
- Research novel or complex compliance issues
- Perform email surveillance reviews
- Study for and pass the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Exam
- Participate in the Analyst Training Program
- Perform other ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary
