The Salesforce Administrator will drive process automation and manage our Salesforce.com platform, ensuring the continued performance and success of ACA's Salesforce environment. The role requires 5+ years of experience working with SFDC as an Administrator and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI, Apex triggers, and declarative automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with SFDC as an Administrator
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning UI
- Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
- Familiarity with Apex triggers
- Familiarity with supporting integrations, including proprietary systems
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining declarative automation
- Familiarity with using, configuring, and supporting custom and standard objects
- Outstanding communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues
- Experience with HubSpot, Financial Force PSA, SpringCM
