We invite applications for a Salesforce Administrator role. The selected candidate will perform day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, handle user requests, configure and maintain Salesforce components, and develop reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or a similar CRM support role
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, user administration, reporting, dashboards, and data management
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and platform administration practices
- Experience in handling support requests, service tickets, and user issues in a structured service environment
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Salesforce Flow, approval processes, and validation rules
- Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader or equivalent utilities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, or pre-sales demonstrations (desired)
