Job Description
Academic Travel Abroad, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Guest Operations Assistant to join the Client Services Department (CSD) in our Educational Travel Division. This part-time role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting exceptional travel experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a customer service role or in an administrative support role.
- Adept in CRM platforms, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven success in providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
