Job Description
Teaching Assistant to support the Lead Teacher in either the Lower School or Upper School, providing academic support and instruction, and assisting with classroom management.
Requirements
- Provide academic support and instruction based on lesson objectives
- Familiarity with the Lead Teacher's weekly lesson plans
- Support Lead Teacher on student performance
- Collect classroom academic and behavioral data
- Provide support with classroom management
- Attend mandatory professional development meetings
- Basic understanding of behavioral principles
