Job Description
Academy of the Pacific Rim Charter Public School (APR) is seeking a high school history teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the subject matter. They will be responsible for designing and implementing standards-aligned courses, providing students with feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver instruction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in History or related field
- Massachusetts teaching certification or licensure
- SEI endorsement or completion within first year of employment
- 2+ years of teaching experience in a charter or district school setting
- Expertise in and enthusiasm for History content area
