Job Description
Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking a Product Manager Digital to lead the development and management of digital experiences, with a focus on customer needs, competitive landscape, and sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of digital product management experience, with a proven track record of launching new product features and delivering results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, information systems or another closely related field
- 3-6+ years of Digital Product Management experience, preferably in Omnichannel, eCommerce, Order Management, or Digital
- Experience with Agile methodology and principles
- Experience in Data analytics tools
- Experience in JIRA or similar tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize objectives
- Deep technical understanding with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs
