Job Description
The Behavioral Health Associate will be an integral part of the treatment team, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for patients. The role involves conducting safety checks, engaging with patients, and participating in crisis situations. The associate will also provide consistent 1:1 support for assigned patients and float to different units within the hospital.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in human services, social work, behavioral health, or in a hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
