Job Description
Monitor patient health, administer basic care, and report status changes to registered nurses and doctors. Provide therapeutic communication and accurate medication administration.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensed LVN in State of Texas
- First Aid, CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification
