Associate Director, Clinical Data Management

The Associate Director, Clinical Data Management, will collaborate with the Clinical Data Management team by providing leadership and knowledge. Assists the head of Data Management in directing the design, documentation, testing and implementation of clinical data collection studies, and clinical database reviews in support of company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Mathematics or related field.
• 8 years of progressively responsible experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO industry.
• Previous experience in data management from protocol concept through database lock and clinical study report finalization.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding dictionaries (Medical Dictionary for Regulatory Activities -MedDRA, WHO Drug), database design and database concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency with data management systems and supporting statistical programs (e.g., SAS), and skilled at cross-functional/department communications.
