Associate, Business Operations & Onboarding

Acadian Asset Management is a global, systematic investment manager seeking a Business Operations and Onboarding Associate to support the VP, Business Operations and Onboarding in delivering a high-quality, efficient onboarding experience for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services client onboarding, account implementation, or client service functions within an asset management or financial services environment
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate information clearly; Familiarity with onboarding platforms and internal reporting systems
