Offshore Superintendent

The Offshore Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all offshore maintenance scopes of work and ensuring adherence to specification and code requirements.

Requirements

• Preferably high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, personnel supervision, and management
• Strong reading comprehension for technical documents, safety regulations, assembly instructions, and procedures
• Excellent verbal communication skills, especially with customers, clients, and official site visitors
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to write professional reports and correspondence to vendors and clients
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Occasional bending, squatting, or crouching
• Frequent handling of tools, equipment, or materials
• Ability to work in various weather conditions including cold, heat, and humidity
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolding
