Job Description
We're seeking a Community Manager to lead our 32-hour/week team and create a welcoming, inclusive community atmosphere at City East Apartments. As a people-first professional, you'll thrive on creating an exceptional experience for residents and team members alike.
Requirements
- Experience in property management (affordable housing/LIHTC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Section 42 compliance (or willingness to learn fast!)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
