Job Description
Community Manager [32 Hours Per Week] role at City East Apartments in Green Bay, WI. The Community Manager will lead on-site operations, ensure compliance with Section 42 regulations, and create a welcoming community atmosphere.
Requirements
- Experience in property management (affordable housing/LIHTC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Section 42 compliance (or willingness to learn fast!)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
