Community Manager [Part Time]

We're looking for a Part-Time Community Manager to lead operations at one of our professionally managed apartment communities. As the Community Manager, you'll be the face and driving force behind one well-maintained residential property, managing day-to-day operations, supporting residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospects
• Conduct apartment tours and manage leasing inquiries
• Oversee rent collection and basic financial reporting
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
• Ensure the property is clean, organized, and welcoming
• Plan occasional resident engagement activities
• Maintain accurate records and property management software
• Communicate regularly with ownership
