Leasing Assistant (Bilingual – Spanish Required) to join our team and help create exceptional living experiences across three beautiful communities. The ideal candidate is energetic, people-focused, and ready to grow their career in property management.

Requirements

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours, questions, and leasing applications
• Build strong relationships with current residents, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Manage leasing paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Support marketing efforts, including social media and outreach
• Coordinate with the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations
