Property Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to support two well-maintained apartment communities. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various issues. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping both apartment complexes in top shape.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for on-call emergencies
• Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle complaints in a positive and time efficient manner
