Job Description
The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for creating safe and comfortable living environments by efficiently handling repairs, preventative maintenance, and day-to-day upkeep across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of maintenance experience
- Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
