Job Description
We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeside Gardens in Fond du Lac, WI. This is a hands-on role where your skills make a real impact every single day, and you'll be responsible for completing maintenance and repair requests, preparing apartments and townhomes for new residents, and performing preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience (property maintenance a plus!)
- Working knowledge of general trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and commitment to great service
