Job Description
The Performance Monitoring Advisor will identify and address unwarranted variation in treatment services, engage with health providers to lift quality, and improve performance. The role involves analyzing invoicing and performance data to support improved professional practice and ensure value for money while delivering positive outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and interpreting performance or invoicing data
- Experience working within, or closely with, the health sector
- Allied Health background advantageous
- Confidence managing sensitive conversations and diffusing high-tension situations
- Ability to influence stakeholders where there is no direct line of authority
