Principal Advisor - Office of the Chief Clinical Officer

Permanent Senior advisory role supporting the Chief Clinical Officer, influencing clinical governance, system stewardship and organisational priorities, with executive-level exposure. Provide strategic advice and executive support to the Chief Clinical Officer, working collaboratively with senior leaders across ACC.

Requirements

• Extensive experience providing senior-level strategic, policy or system advice
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous issues
• Experience working with executive leaders in large, complex or public sector organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and adaptability in using AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to support research, analysis, and advice, with a strong understanding of responsible and ethical use
• A clinical background or demonstrated experience in clinical governance environments would be advantageous
• A commitment to inclusive leadership and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to influence, build trust, and work collaboratively at senior levels
