Recovery Partner - Physical Injury -Hamilton

Provide meaningful support to New Zealanders with physical injuries, partner with clients and their family, and facilitate planning to enable independence. Build rapport and trust with clients to motivate and influence outcomes. Work in a busy environment with a focus on customer needs and solution-focused approach.

Requirements

• Proven ability to understand complex customer needs and apply critical thinking
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, including family, suppliers and community agencies
• Personal resilience and ability to deal with challenging information and situations
• Ability to build rapport and trust and successfully motivate, negotiate, and influence outcomes
• Strong planning, organisational and computer literacy skills
• Current full Drivers Licence
