Job Description
At Accel Therapies, we provide evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental needs. As a Program Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Behavior Therapists and deliver life-changing results for clients and families.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Actively working toward BCBA certification
- 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Proven experience in staff supervision and team leadership
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
