Senior Consultant (Accela Applications)

Accela is seeking a Senior Consultant to transform complex government data into reports and dashboards on their Accela Civic Platform. This role involves leading on-time, on-budget implementations of reporting solutions and data conversions, collaborating with project teams, and advocating for customer success globally. The consultant will partner with Data Architect to shape solution design and best practices.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Practitioner or admin level experience with Accela Civic Platform
• Cloud Expertise: Understanding of SaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, and application servers
• Enterprise application integration, data migration (ETL), and business intelligence experience
• Database Skills: 2+ years converting data to/from Oracle & SQL Server; strong database concepts; PL/SQL or T-SQL scripting
• Consulting Experience: Ability to lead customer-facing sessions; explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service
