Job Description
This position requires active U.S. national security clearance and the ability to obtain one. The Testing and Evaluation Lead plays a critical role in leading software verification and validation (V&V) activities, ensuring that enterprise systems meet functional, performance, and compliance requirements—particularly for U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in software/system testing, test leadership, or verification and validation roles
- Strong working knowledge of test planning, execution, and documentation aligned with DoD standards
- Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively across technical and non-technical teams
