Job Description
Customer Support Specialist at Accelleron, responsible for providing defined services to internal customers with high quality and efficiency, with a focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Provide support to internal customers on process quotations, order booking, and spare part delivery
- Ensure correct technical specifications and commercial terms
- Monitor and track supplier performance, optimize supplier numbers, and handle claims for unsatisfactory service
- Ensure accuracy of transactional processes and handle quality claims and accounts payable related activities
