Cloud Cost/Finance Ops Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior FinOps Engineer to drive significant cloud cost savings and financial accountability across the organization. The successful candidate will embed a culture of cost optimization within engineering teams and architect forward-looking, financially responsible cloud strategies.

Requirements

• Establish, evangelize, and govern FinOps policies and best practices across multi-cloud environments.
• Lead efforts to optimize cloud commitments and advise on optimal pricing models for new and existing workloads.
• Serve as the technical expert and architectural advisor for cloud cost optimization.
• Design and build automated tools, scripts, and processes to enforce FinOps governance.
• Develop custom dashboards and data visualizations to monitor key financial and operational metrics.
