Job Description
The Cyber Workforce & Training Lead is responsible for managing and executing the Security Education, Training, and Awareness program, ensuring effective and timely cybersecurity training for users, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen security culture and maintain compliance.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT and/or Cyber
- Experience managing cybersecurity training and awareness programs
- Hands-on experience with phishing and social-engineering simulations
- Experience leading seminars and/or presentations
