Innovation and Automation Data Senior Analyst

As a Data Analyst on the Innovation and Automation team, you will play a crucial role in using data to improve our own engineering and operational processes. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to gather, analyze, and visualize data from our development lifecycle tools. Your work will help identify bottlenecks, measure the success of automation initiatives, and provide the insights that make our technical teams more efficient.

Requirements

• Query and analyze data from various sources, including CI/CD systems, project management tools, and application logs, to support automation initiatives
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key engineering metrics
• Support senior analysts and leads by providing data and analysis to help quantify the impact of automation projects
• Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational data that may indicate opportunities for process improvement or automation
• Help prepare and present findings to the team, translating data into clear visualizations and summaries
• Document your analytical processes and data sources to ensure repeatability and clarity
