We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions
