As an Oracle HCM Cloud Director, you will lead the delivery and program management of large, complex Oracle HCM modernization efforts while driving strategic alignment across clients, internal teams, and Oracle itself.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 20+ years of industry experience
- 10+ years of executive leadership with a focus on P&L responsibility in the Federal sector
- 5+ years of experience leading the delivery and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud or technology modernization solutions for either Federal or quasi-Federal organizations
