As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will support the implementation from proposal to delivery by applying knowledge of ServiceNow and building trusting relationships with project stakeholders and the implementation team.
Requirements
- At least one year of ServiceNow delivery experience
- Business Analysis experience in a ServiceNow environment
- Established ability to demonstrate ServiceNow functionality of various applications
- Experience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Hands on ITIL experience
