Job Description
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst - HRSD to implement and configure ServiceNow solutions for federal agencies. This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and development of HR service delivery applications within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and develop solutions that meet business process requirements and exceed functional specifications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience developing standard documentation (requirements, design specifications, test plans, scripts)
- Experience working with stakeholders
- Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to obtain SCI and CI poly
