Requirements

• 8+ Years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
• Proven Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated expertise in deploying modules such as GenAI, ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HR, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
• Extensive experience across the platform and with integrated third-party technologies
• One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Technical Architect certification, Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Analyst (CSA), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
