Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Consultant to assist in converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM systems. The consultant will be responsible for leading the validation of data loaded into Workday, identifying data quality issues, and communicating with project and client leadership. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant work experience, existing Workday certification, and the ability to travel 80%.

• Existing and up to date Workday Certification
• 1+ year hands-on Workday Data experience
• 2 full life cycle Workday implementation
• 2+ years of consulting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
