Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Associate Scheduler– K-12, ANS

Requirements

• Review Contractor P6 initial Baseline Construction Schedules and identify missing scope, logic or milestones;
• Review multiple Contractor P6 Monthly schedule updates and provide written schedule review comments;
• Create various activity schedule filters, layouts, and bar-charts utilizing P6 Primavera Schedule Software;
• Perform QA/QC on contractor’s schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope and terms for projects;
• Create Earned Value Curves based on LAUSD EVA template guidelines;
• Prepare reports as needed and assist scheduling management in reporting projects as necessary;
