Job Description
You'll oversee construction projects from pre-construction to final punch list and closeout, leading teams to deliver projects on time and within financial targets. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear communication on project goals. You'll enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all job sites.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (plus)
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers (plus)
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
